By using or accessing the Magic Mafia website in any way, viewing or browsing the site, or adding your own content to the site, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Service.

The Magic Mafia website and all of its original content are the sole property of Magic Mafia LLC and are, as such, fully protected by the appropriate international copyright and other intellectual property rights laws.

Termination

Magic Mafia LLC reserves the right to terminate your access to the Magic Mafia website, without any advance notice.

Governing Law

This Agreement is governed in accordance with the laws of Arizona, United States.

Refunds and Exchanges

All sales are final. If 14 days have passed since your date of purchase, we can not offer you an exchange. To be eligible for an exchange the product must be returned to us. The request for RMA must be made within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase. Once the product has been received with the RMA number and supporting documentation, the exchange will be processed. Do not send product back to us without an RMA. Exchanges will only be made for manufacture defects. Wear-and-tear, damage from use, and acts of God are not covered. We take pride in the quality of our products and want to make sure your product meets our standards.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.

If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed and new product will be shipped to you.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Changes to This Agreement

Magic Mafia LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We do so by posting and drawing attention to the updated terms on the Incendiary website. Your decision to continue to visit and make use of the Magic Mafia website after such changes have been made constitutes your formal acceptance of the new Terms of Service.

Therefore, we ask that you check and review this Agreement for such changes on an occasional basis. Should you not agree to any provision of this Agreement or any changes we make to this Agreement, we ask and advise that you do not use or continue to access the Magic Mafia website.
